It’s Christmas in Fair Oaks! Get into the holiday spirit with a special 3-course prix fixe dinner at Brahma.

The menu for the evening includes:

Course One (choose one):

• House Salad - Mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, goat cheese, candied walnuts, and tarragon vinaigrette

• Caesar Salad - Romaine, parmesan cheese, croutons, and Caesar dressing

Course Two (choose one):

• Bistro Filet Medallions – Served with multicolor baby carrots and Celery Root, Parsnip, and Potato Puree, topped with Bleu Cheese

• Graham Cracker Crusted Halibut - Served with multicolor baby carrots and Celery Root, Parsnip, and Potato Puree, topped with Lemon Caper Butter Sauce

• Lamb Chops - Served with multicolor baby carrots and Celery Root, Parsnip, and Potato Puree, topped with Housemade Mint Jelly

Course Three:

• Pecan Pie – topped with Brahma Barrel B Bourbon Sauce

Dinner is $50/person. This menu is available from 4 pm to close. Festive drinks and limited regular menu options will also be available for purchase.
