Holiday Prix Fixe Dinner
It’s Christmas in Fair Oaks! Get into the holiday spirit with a special 3-course prix fixe dinner at Brahma.
The menu for the evening includes:
Course One (choose one):
House Salad - Mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, goat cheese, candied walnuts, and tarragon vinaigrette
Caesar Salad - Romaine, parmesan cheese, croutons, and Caesar dressing
Course Two (choose one):
Bistro Filet Medallions – Served with multicolor baby carrots and Celery Root, Parsnip, and Potato Puree, topped with Bleu Cheese
Graham Cracker Crusted Halibut - Served with multicolor baby carrots and Celery Root, Parsnip, and Potato Puree, topped with Lemon Caper Butter Sauce
Lamb Chops - Served with multicolor baby carrots and Celery Root, Parsnip, and Potato Puree, topped with Housemade Mint Jelly
Course Three:
Pecan Pie – topped with Brahma Barrel B Bourbon Sauce
Dinner is $50/person. This menu is available from 4 pm to close. Festive drinks and limited regular menu options will also be available for purchase.

Oktoberfest Bash
Don’t miss Oktoberfest Bash with Brahma Bar and Grill and FOVEC! Enjoy authentic German food and beer, live music from Crackerjack Polka, German-inspired cocktails, games, prizes, and more!
Tickets are $65/each and can be purchased in-person ahead of time at our restaurant or on the FOVEC website. Each ticket includes an Oktoberfest beer stein, one complimentary beer or drink of your choice, and an authentic German meal of Bratwurst, Chicken Schnitzel + Gravy, Bratkartoffeln German Potatoes, and Salted Pretzels.
Signature cocktails for the day include the Brahma Raddler, Bavarian Mule, and Pretzel Old Fashioned.

Janice Jordan has been known as the networking Queen, she ran Jordan’s referral network and taught thousands of people networking skills. She is also the Author of More than Wine and Meatballs Secrets to more effective networking and growing through referrals. Currently she manages Insightful Business Services and Supports two great networking organizations The Tapestry Network and PWN. Plus, a member of other networking groups and the Fair Oaks Chamber. Janice will be sharing The 5 steps to create an awesome introduction and the trick to making it adaptable.
